Mantra Capital is a $90 million cross-border venture capital fund with a primary geographical focus in the United States (US) and India where we invest in technology companies with significant growth potential across both markets.

A zero-failure strategy is the driver for Mantra’s investment thesis. At its core, zero-failure, or “zero zeros” requires that we do not abandon, at the first sign of distress, potentially faltering companies in favor of winning companies. On the contrary, we apply a combination of capital, operational prowess, and transaction know-how to successfully pivot or restructure the business and generate value from the promising assets
